If mounting to the wall or ceiling, the Ethernet cable will feed from at the rear of the MR55. The "electricity supply alternatives" portion of this doc lists different powering alternatives and their unique attributes.  The MR55 attaches into the mount cradle with two tabs about the cradle that insert in to the MR55, and is secured towards the c
